Carpet Cleaner's were 1.5 - 2 hrs late. They rushed right through the areas needing more time in order to get to their next location.

Very nice people, just didn't get my furniture clean. Don't see much improvement from what it was.

After cleaning, there was not a noticable difference because of the type of material. But we did remove all buggers and spills caused by the children. Offered to come back and she refused.

They did a fantastic job cleaning a couch and loveseat that had been ravaged for three years by soiling from a young child. They looked brand new when the job was completed. However, we were unprepared for the additional charge for Scotch Guard. We are glad to have had that done, we just weren't aware of it until after the fact and the bill was already totaled. Overall, we can't really complain. The cleaning job was phenomenal.

If the bill is already totaled when we arrive it is the pre-discssion over the phone. There is always an additional charge for scotchguard. This is always the customers option...no pressure at all.

Project: Clean Windows
They gave me a quote over the phone to clean my windows and carpets and when in the middle of job asked me to pay over 1 1/2 times more above and beyond the original quote. I did not and told them to not finish the job and they did not finish. Found trash outside of my home that was left by employees. They also cleaned my carpets. The carpets looked great. However, I was charged again more than the original quote (quoted $.24 per sq. ft, paid $.30 per sq.ft.) The owner of the company was the one that gave me the original quote over the phone, so it was not an "employee" mistake. I would never use this company again.

The workers where attempting to over charge the customer so they could take the money for themselves. I understand that this customer will never call us back but I haven't been in this business for 20 years to have this kind of reputation. These employees are no longer with my company

Showed up when scheduled and worked hard and did a good job. Also cleaned my snap out boat carpet for no extra charge.
