I like working with Ozair Construction, they made my remodeling experience seems like an easy project. Ron, the project manager, is very attentive to my needs and he willing to go extra mile to keep his client happy and satisfy with the final result. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Project: Build an Addition
I am more than very happy with everything. My experiance has been excellent, Ron and Mia are the best, professional, accomodating and very easy to work with. All their employees are skilled, hard working and reliable. My remodel looks wonderful and its a confort to know everything has been done correctly. Ron is truly an artist with his judgements in finish items. I would highly recomend Ozair construction to anyone.

First and most important, they are licensed and bonded. I have had BAD experience with those without license and ending up paying more for lousy quality and cheap job. Not only that but fined by city hall for not having proper documents. Ozair gave me confident that they are bonded and licensed. They always have all documents properly filed with city hall and everything is done legally.
I cannot recommend that their price is the cheapest but definitely worth the money for the quality you will received. I am a very PICKY Dude that doesn't usually give comment and I did it for Ozair because they are good.

Project: Build an Addition
Overall things turned out well on our addition project. In the end, things cost more and took longer than they originally told us, which was frustrating. The foreman was not at the job site very often and he did not keep his guys on task. Luckily he left our project and then things got better. There were some issues with our project, but usually after we brought them up, they were taken care of. The job site was messy, but they eventually cleaned it up. While we did have some problems, we are happy with our new bathroom.

Ron and his crews were true to the contract. They were on time, on budget, clean and professional. I would recommend Ozair Construction and will probably ask him back to do more for me.
