They came out the same day and caught the critter that evening. I wasn't going to rate the value for money but it was required to rate. Their price seemed in line with other animal control companies I called however getting a service isn't exactly cheap

Not really impressed with this service!! Came out said damage to grass being done by a raccoon or shunk, set up two traps to catch animal or animals. Traps did not catch any animals. Seemed more interested in collecting $95 service charge than in resolving the problem.
