I put in a request at night; they contacted me first thing in the morning and came out within a few hours. The guy who worked on our garage door seemed professional, competent and quick. I felt I could trust him and wouldn't mind having him again if our garage door malfunctions. However he was very quiet and did not explain anything unless I asked. We have a new garage door spring now and I don't think we were ripped off, so we're happy. I didn't give it 5 stars because we never had this happen before and we don't have anything to compare it to.

1 week wait for work to be done.

I called the company after service magic gave me their phone number. I got a recording and left a message. No response after an hour so I called someone local and they came in 45 minutes. That was on a Thurs. Overhead finally called back on Mon(or maybe it was Tues).

Please accept our sincere apologies for not responding to your call. It is unacceptable and not how we do business. We had experienced some phone issues during that time and had them resolved. I'm glad you got prompt service and were taken care of. I'm sorry that we lost you as a potential customer. Also, and to clarify a common misperception, we are a local Michiana company. We have our service vehicles out every day in Warsaw, Elkhart, Michigan City, Goshen, Niles, St. Joe, as well as Granger, Mishawaka, and South Bend. We answer our phones and dispatch locally.

Quick installation, helpful and answered questions politely. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wasn't told about the cost of additional parts required for the job. This raised the price of the install another $25.

We apologize for this unmet expectations. Occasionally, our installers will run into a problem when retrofitting a garage door that the estimator didn't initially notice. We will review our estimating process to ensure that installation contingencies are covered with the customer in advance.
