Most impressive was the dedicatio to completing a quality project that conforms in all respects to the agreement made. Second most impressive ws Mr. Overall's commitment to to a very competitive project pricing structure. Overall Exteriors tends to minimize written contract detail. However, the company demonstrated a comitment to comply with ech and every facet of its written and or verbally state agreements. The company owner makes a personal commitment to satisfy his customer. His subcontractors are experienced, extremely competent and very conscientious.

Very customer oriented. Thorough in his work. We experienced delays in getting work done but we also had bad weather and also back up due to hurricane Ike jobs.
