We undertook a major renovation of a foreclosed, empty house and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Ovadia, LLC has impressed us from beginning to end with their friendly, professional manner. Jerry was very reliable and communicated almost daily during the project. His crew and sub-contractors were highly skilled and friendly. It was a very challenging house and they finished in two months and on budget. Basically they did a GREAT job, especially Jerry and John!! Highly recommend!!

Jerry is an outstanding contractor. He is trustworthy, honest, reliable, believes in quality, and has an overall great personality. Jerry and his team helped me through a very difficult renovation and he walked me through the process step by step. He came up with creative ideas to solve some unexpected issues and managed all inspections with the city. Jerry followed through with everything he said he would. Jerry and his team do fantastic work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Average experience. They completed the job, but would have tried to install drywall over a pipe that stuck out beyond a stud and gave me a lot of fuss about fixing it. Also, the contractor made several errors in measuring that I caught.

Jerry (Ovadia) was very attentive to me & wife's needs throughout the project. Our 1st floor 1/2 bath addition wasn't your typical addition. Living in a historic neighborhood and in a 115+ year old townhome presented some unanticipated concerns. Ovadia rolled well with issues like unplanned footing for my neighbor's already existing structure and bringing on-board a structural engineer for our footing. Baltimore City has very stringent requirements. Jerry went the extra mile spending more time with the City asking me how I would like to proceed. His main guy John is a great and responsible professional. His crew gained me & my wife's trust.
