The owner of the company contacted me the very night I put in the request. I asked him to call me back that weekend to schedule, which he did twice--first time I wasn't home. He normally doesn't work on Saturdays, but he did for me. His price was lower than any other company--for 5 bedrooms and hallway, it was more than $50 less than the other 2 companies. He was in and out in 2.5 hours and asked me to inspect each room when he finished it. A very amenable and friendly man! And all the equipment stays in his truck! He only brings the long hosing & suction nozzle into the house. I would definitely recommend Outstanding Carpets to anyone!

Leroy was wonderful. He even came back the next week to take care of an accident involving a dog and some make-up (you can only imagine). The dog still has lipstick on but the carpets look great!

Leroy came immediatly after I contacted Service Magic. IHe came within a 30-45 min window of time. He explained what he would do, the price and started right away. The room had an odor, however, he cleaned and deodorized it and it smelled fresh. Afer it dried, I went back to check and it looked nice and smelled nice. It was just what the room needed. Thanks-I will use his services again. Nice man and he knows his business.

Leroy did a great job. He was able to come out on a Sunday afternoon and did a great job at a good price. My wife commented afterward that he got our stairs cleaner than the previous carpet cleaners (fill in major name brand here) despite their fancier equipment.
