The experience I had with Outstanding Heating and Air was amazing! From the professional, personable and extremely courteous sales representative, Jim Hauser, to the gentlemen who installed the furnace was the most wonderful process of any installation of any appliance I have purchased in the last 20 years! This company genuinely cares about their clients and provides the highest quality customer service that I didn't realize still existed! Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
The estimate given by Jim Hauser was professionally repaired and he was very knowledgeable about the cooling system he was quoting. We have decided to put off the installation until spring, but found Jim's services to be timely, prompt and informative.

Outstanding Heating & Air was fantastic, I can not say enough about them. I had a company that did my furnace. They wires were melting, were not licensed to do the work. They were calling the manufacture to straighten out the furnace. They were just there, very helpful, figured out the problems. They are great.
