So far so good. Jose called me initially upon calling Service Pros. He actually went to the property to give me an estimate and asked if we wanted him to plow even before we signed a contract. He then actually followed up. His quote was very competitive and I believe he will do a good job. None of the other provides either called back or followed up. Rating will be changed as soon as his services start and we are truly able to rate their performance.
