I was very pleased with the professionalism Harold displayed. This was the first time that I had purchased a service online, so I was a little apprehensive. But after speaking with Harold I felt more at ease. I chose his company based solely on the reviews from this site and Harold lived up to every kind word. He even emailed me photos of the completed work without me asking him to do so. That was a big plus for me considering I living in another state. I highly recommend Outdoor Services.

Exceptional customer service. Harold made a second trip to set my sprinklers to ensure the new sod received enough water. My sprinklers needed adjusting (although I had just paid someone to do it) and he adjusted them for me.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
Harold called me back within 24 hours of initial contact. I am renting a property in Columbus, GA while I live over 300 miles away. Harold gave me an estimate, put of a high quailty fence, and communicated effectively and professionally all within a week of my first contact. He also answered all my questions and even sent me pictures of my finished fence! All via email and phone. Great contractor!!!

Columbus Outdoor Services did an Outstanding Job on my rather large landscaping Project. He moved the left hillside around to the right side giving me twice as much yard that I asked for, shaped and laid 8,000 square feet of sod and straw, finishing up with a 300 feet 6’ privacy fence he put up one piece at a time. His work detail is outstanding – the results are amazing. My neighbor stopped by three houses down (never before) and complemented me on my yard and wanted to know who did it. Great Job Harold and thanks again. Homeowner, Fortson GA 31808.
