It was somewhat difficult to communicate with Mike, although the circumstances of the situation - I reside in California and my daughter, who resides at the home involved works during the day - were definitely factors in the problem.  The job itself, once the communications issues were addressed and the project specifications determined, proceeded apace.  We are generally satisfied with the appearance of the landscaping and look forward to enjoying it even more as the trees mature.
