They are very busy, so you might not want to call them unless you can wait a couple of weeks. We were able to wait and so everything worked out well. They did a good job and we'd definitely call them again! The only reason why I rated the customer service as a 4.5 instead of a 5 is because it took them 3-4 days to return a phone message I left on their answering machine. I guess when you're busy, you're busy!

Very good service. They took care of the stump and left no tracks in the yard. You wouldn't even know they used a piece of equipment to do it. Great value for the money.

Very easy to work with. We had a number of projects to do and Sam bid each project out separately. We opted to start with the tree trimming on our property which included removal of 2 spruce trees with stump grinding. Their work was very professional and we have absolutely no reservations on doing the other projects on our list with them. Their bid was neither the lowest nor highest, but for the level of service and professionalism we are thoroughly satisfied and will definately work with them again in the near future.The only downside is that they are a busy service and had out start time booked out approximately 2-3 wks.
