Project: Repair a Generator
I was contacted the following morning by the Otto A Lips contractor and a service person was at my home in the early afternoon hours. My generac guardian generator was checked out and needed to have a part repaired or replaced. The service person( Brian) was back the next day with the part repaired, and all was now well with the generator. I am so satisfied with every aspect of the Otto A. Lipps contractor. Thank you for having them listed to do work.

Project: Install a Ceiling Fan
Brian Lips (4th generation electrician) was professional, timely and went above and beyond to install a celing fan, attic fan, whole house fan and programmable thermostat. His dad, Ray, (3rd generation) came a month prior to review and give me an estimate and proposal. Very reasonable price and high quality work. Am very pleased.
