Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Justin is a really nice guy to work with. The only problem was he started the job late and then it took him much longer to complete it, therefore pushing back our move in day. He also quoted a price and then afterwards quoted a price that was a few hundered dollars highger than the first bid. I wish he would have given me a quote that was a little higher and then come down some when he was finshed isntead of surprising me at the end of the job with a bill that is more than I budgeted. HOWEVER, I will say the quality of his work is great and my floors look brand new!

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Justin and his crew were wonderful to have do our work. Justin was great in helping us make selections as to type of doors to replace our front entrance and the sliding doors out to our deck. As a retired person, I was able to be around when all the work was done. They were friendly, efficient, and skilled in every way. A couple times things required special skills and knowledge that I doubt most workers would possess. Orwig Renovation & Design will be our "Go To" people from here forward.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
The work crew (two men) arrived on the day and time expected. The owner, Justin Orwig, came as well and got his men started. He spent time with us discussing details, such as transitions between the kitchen/dinning room and the living room/den. He also discussed color preferences, finish details, etc. He was very accomodating and sought to get a clear understanding of our expectations. The two man crew needed a little over two days to complete the sanding (approximately 1,000 sq ft of floor plus a large landing and 16 steps, including risers). We were extremely pleased with the end result.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Great quality work, came on time and completed the job. I had purchased a new front door and decided it was more of a project than I could handle. Orwig new what he was doing and made sure the door was installed correctly. I would/will use him again!

Justin and his employees did a great job and saw the project through to my satisfaction. His time estimate for completion was way short of actual, so I would recommend that Justin over-estimate in the future. Great professional attitude and customer-focus!!!

Project: Build an Addition
Justin was very professional. Great communication and collaboration throughout our project. Really took the time to listen and sketch out every detail on the addditin we were doing to ensure we were on the same page. We had a coouple of glitches due to building codes and land encroachments that Justin worked through with the us and the inspector, had to modify the original plans, but the changes actually enhanced the room even more. Justin hired very reliable and competent contractors for electrical, concrete, roofing, etc. - his own crew was amazing and truly skilled. More than happy with our new dining room! Wish I could post pictures!

Very professional, polite and reliable. I only had him do the sanding as I applied the finish coat. The floor looks great.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Justin was first-rate after having a couple of unpleasant experiences with contractors. His professionalism was excellent and his employees were superior. Justin went out of his way to accommodate our time frame and meeting with us when we were available. His communication with every aspect of the project was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who has a project. His knowledge and recommendations to keep our budget in line were very appreciated. He was more than willing to listen to our requests and make it happen. I have another project that I will definitely call him for. Thank-you Justin.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Justin was professional and made sure we agreed to any details. He went out of his way to make sure the project was completed exactly how we wanted. He is a skilled worker and we will be calling on him again for future projects.
