Customers deal directly with a family member and, for most jobs, a family member will be on site to supervise your project. All of Ortman's, Inc. employees are sent to school for comprehensive training, so you can be sure that you have skilled and knowledgeable people working on your project. We also operate under the assumption that time is of the essence. Therefore, we run our operations efficiently and always complete projects on time. I initially had decided to hire a contractor to install a stamped concrete patio until I spoke to Brad. The paver patio design was just what I envisioned. I was able to actually look at the pavers and for color patterns and design options. I am looking forward to spending more time enjoying the patio once the weather cools off. The crew worked hard in the heat to finish the job. I have also decided to have Ortman's Inc. return in the fall or next spring to extend the patio after I redesign the garden along the walkway. My parents and a co-worker are also interested in having Ortman’s Inc design and build their patio.

We had a very pleasant experience with them. They are very professional and do beautiful work! Still waiting for a few finishing touches but the weather has caused some delays. I would use them again.
