Cesar Ortiz is everything you would like in any contractor: honest; fair; on time; provides quality service; his word is his bond; keeps the jobsite clean and orderly; takes time to listen and makes suggestions, when requested to do so; goes the extra mile to be certain you are totally satisfied with the final product. We have and will continue to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Cesar, Roger, and the crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. They were professional, courteous, cleaned up every night, and finished the job on schedule and on budget. The bathroom is beautiful and I would recommend them without reservation. Thanks, Cesar!

Ortiz Remodeling did a very nice job on our bathroom. They are very neat, polite and professional. Our bathroom looks fantastic. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They arrived when they said they would and they never missed a day until the job was done. They all worked very hard to make us happy and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
My project consisted of remodeling 2 bathrooms. Cesar was always punctual and put in a full day's work. Both baths are very well done and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Subsequently I've hired Ortiz Remodeling to update two bedroom closets, to build an insulated laundry closet and an insulated animal kennel/mudroom out of unused space in the garage; and to install new exterior doors.

We absolutely love our new bathroom. Mr Ortiz was very professional and efficient. He and his staff completely gutted and rebuilt our bathroom with all new tiles and fixtures, and did it in just over a week. Plus, his rates were very reasonable. We're completely satisfied with the quality of the work, and would highly recommend Oritz Remodeling.

Project: Bathroom - Remodel
Cesar and his crew always arrived on time and worked all day long.Every day they cleaned up at the end of this messy project. Cesaralways took care to consult with us on design issues and was quick to perform "redos" at our request.He's very familiar with bathroom remodeling issues and gave us good advice. We had several problems with fixture suppliers, but working with Cesar was the easiest part of this project!

They estimated the job after an initial inspection (both time and money), and prior to starting work, we communicated by phone and email to get all the supplies and equipment lined up. Mr Ortiz was very responsive with email communication which made it very easy to ensure that all parts of the job were clearly documented, with all changes in writing so that there were no miscommunication. The job itself was completed on time on budget and was done well, with the tiling, painting and fitments all installed well. Post-job support was also good, with some legacy pluming that needed to be upgraded done free of charge.

We met with 8 contractors and Ortiz was the only one willing to work with a cast iron bathtub; he also was willing to pick it up for us at Home Depot. He was on time, on budget and fair. He worked with us on our design ideas and allowed my husband to do the work he was capable of doing. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and would work with Ortiz again in the future.
