First of all, Ortiz garage called me immediately after my request on Service Magic was requested. The price quoted to me was the actual price. Gustavo & Jerry showed up the next morning and were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I will and have plans to use them in the future. I would highly recommend using this company.

After finding a broken spring on my garage door, I submitted my request for an estimate at 10 pm on Sunday night just to get some more information and an estimate of the costs. Within a minute, my phone rang and it was Ortiz Garage Doors. He asked a few questions to get the basic needed information and was able to explain what was needed and a price. He was able to come first thing Monday morning and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. I was provided with a couple options and went with the upgraded springs for a small additional cost (with no pressure to do so). He was very friendly and explained everything before starting.
