Francisco and his team did a great job on painting my first floor, stairway hallway and second floor...along with fixing and repainting my front door. He showed up on time and they worked a full 8 hour day so that they could get my home completed in time. Real easy to work with and will be using him for all my future paint needs! Ortiz and his associates are very professional and detail. There quality of work are excellent. They are very honest, reliable and very afforable. The Ortiz Company provided great service, were prompt and very professional. They went beyond the original services they agreed to provide without any hesitation. Upon closer inspection while they were painting they found additional rotted boards and repaired the other 2 spots at no extra charge with me providing the lumber. I gave them a bonus because of the extra work but they really weren't expecting it. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already referred them to some friends. They were also the lowest bid so I think I got more than I expected which does not usually happen with most contractors.

Very satisfied with the job Francisco and his team did. Repainted and replaced all the rotted woods. The exterior of the house looks great. Would definitely use again.

francisco was very professional.on time,and his workers were very efficient. they replaced all rotten boards even the ones not seen when he came out for estimate. francisco even did a walk around with my wife to make sure everything was done to our satifaction. we are extremly happy with the job francisco did painting the house.

They repaired the wood on the back door before painting it. They could have just painted over the area where our dog scratched the wood out, but they took the time to fill it first. I was also impressed with their attention to detail.
