Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Mr. Orlando was the first contractor to call and did so within several minutes of my online request. He estimated the job on the initial call, installed the water heater on the scheduled day, 2 days after we agreed to his terms and to his credit, the final price was 5% lower due to his preferred pricing on the product.

The bill was questionably high for the job ($325), but I'm not a plumber. The biggest problem was his unwillingness to stand behind his work. There was a leak which became apparent a week later when a 4-5 ft long section of my kitchen ceiling bubbled. Mr. Orlando repaired it, told me to have my father who is a drywall contractor fix the ceiling and send him the bill. I did just that but a check was never sent so I called. He became a different person. I was calm, he got mean right away, told me to sue him and denied promising to pay any repair bill. He said his customers before have covered the repairs. Sent me $125,

He was very prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a couple very small jobs and he was in and out within 45 minutes. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was an itemized bill. I would definitely use them again.

We received a quick response to our inquiry and our pipe was replaced within a few days. I thought the price of $375 was reasonable. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Great contractor. Family owned business. Showed up on time. Lindsey double checked to see exactly what would be needed to cure my leaky toilet and didn't do unnecessary work that would have cost extra. I'm glad I now have someone to call the next time I need plumbing work.
