As a music producer, my time is very limited and these guys worked around my busy schedule while I was in New York producing a record. I have them convert my garage into a recording studio and by the time I got back my garage had turned from a cluttered storage space to a brand new recording studio. These guys just blew me away. Salesmanship was pushy. over charged for work. I felt mislead on entire project. I regret hiring them. I do not recommend Orian Construction & Roofing.

Project: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
They were amazing on the kitchen and bathroom remodel job. They cleaned up everyday and updated on progress along the way. They are always on top of their game. Also took care of any little extras that came up without bothering us.

Work was promised to be excellent, and it exceeded the promise. Pricing was great for the amount of work completed. Crew arrived on time, friendly, and happy, then got right to it. Paid attention to details, consulted with me during the process, and ensured I was thrilled with the results before leaving. I couldn't be more pleased to have this new contractor in my life.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
The estimate was done honestly and delivered to me immediately in contract form for a detailed review of what I was getting. Orian was able to begin work immediately and I had a new roof less than a week later. Orian even helped me remove a tree that was damaging the roof. Excellent work, very professional, very quick, very fair!

We had a section of our roof that was leaking. He repaired the leak and all broken tiles on the roof. this was a fairly big job and it was completed in one day.

Project: Wood Shake or Composite Roofing - Repair
Out of 4 roofing companies I called that day they were the only ones willing/able to come out within two days to fit my schedule and the upcoming rain. They were prompt and friendly and did not try to do more than was necessary. They cleared some leaves and applied some sealer to a suspect seam and were done in 20 minutes. Our roof then held up perfectly the following few days with the biggest rain storm in months.

Project: Natural Slate Roofing - Repair
I recently had Orian Construction install a new roof on my home. It involved removing the old rock and tar roof and replacing it with a Torch down application. I couldn't be happier with the result! From the bid process to the finished Product, Orian delivered first class attention to my job. I've had some bad experiences with Contractors. This Project had none of my past problems. They worked hard long days, kept the job site clean and listen to my requirements for completing the job. I look forward to hiring them on my next project.
