Although running behind on schedule, and just one guy doing the work, he was thorough and polite. The job they did was great. Exactly what I wanted and it was a lot of hard work.

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens

Suzzane was proactive in finding a solution for the landscape project. We were working on a tight budget but need to transform a weed infested backyard into a neat backyard that is economical but stylish. She was the only one out of the 3 landscape companies that I have contacted that was willing to suggest different ideas to fit the budget that we had. She was really helpful and didn't mind the numerous calls from me with questions. The job was done on time and the backyard turned out great. We would definitely recommend her service and will work with her to start our next big landscape project in the fall of this year. :)

Project: Snow Removal

Due to a broken foot I needed to have the snow removed to allow me to get down my outside stairs with out falling. Their policy of only removing the snow if it was over 2 inches was not a practical plan for me, as, any snow placed me in a dangerous situation. During the time that Organic gardening was removing the snow I was contacted by the owner to insure that the service was satisfactory. I was pleased that she was open to discussing it., however, the service resulted in a large icy build up on the side walk that I had to use making it extremely dangerous. I could not rely on their judgment.

Suzanne has been wonderful to work with. She has good ideas for the lawn, trees and bushes. She cleaned up a mess I had with an overgrown inherited property and after just one visit the yard looked much better.

Organic Garden was very responsive and helped us with our project in 5 days. We contacted several other landscapers prior to using Service Magic who recommended Organic Garden and it took some 1 week to get a hold of. It was quite frustrating. Once we found Organic Garden we were ready to go and our project was done quickly.

Suzanne is fantastic, and she really fit my need to communicate with me via email and cell phones as I hired her for weekly gardening and lawn care for a property I own while I live out of state. Her communication efforts are key to me and I get much value from that alone.
