He appeared very neat and tidy. All equipment was clean as it was brought into my home. I felt comfortable having Warren in my home. Carpets looked wonderful when complete. Warren was clear without being pushy as to other services offered. My only "complaint" is that a few of my baseboards are now scuffed from the edge if the tool. I will try to use the Magic Eraser cleaning tool to see if it is suface cleanable or if the paint is removed. Will most definitely rehire Organic Services!!!! And recommend.
