He called right away, came when he said he'd be there, finished the job and showed me the split gasket, cleaned up and gave me a receipt.

Project: Repair a Metal Roof

I called them on a Thursday morning, and they called me back and were at my house that afternoon. They fixed the current problem, a leak around the flashing of our roof. They also let me know of some other problems that I was aware of because we had a chimney sweep last summer and they also told us the same thing. I asked them for a quote to fix some other roof problems too. I will get at least two more quotes before deciding who I will go with for the next job, but they are at the top of my list.

We would highly recomend this company if you want prompt, courteous service. They did thier work with skill and dedication. The men were kind, with no smoking or foul language. They kept the work area safe and uncluttered and cleaned up at the conclusion of the job.We are completly satisfied and will hire them if we have need again.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight

Even though Jason was very busy, he made time to come and fix a leaking skylight for me. It took him longer to drive to my house than to get on my roof and fix my leak. I found him to be incredibly honest in his assessment (we can do a repair now, but in the near future you will probably need to replace it), he was prepared (had the right equipment and products) and he was very straight forward in his approach, and I very much appreciated his honesty and willingness to help with such a small project. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN WHEN IT COMES TIME TO REPLACE THE SKYLIGHT!
