They trimmed our trees for a reasonable price in a reasonable time.

They did a good professional removal of the tree down to the stump. The contract specifically states that they are to grind the stump below ground level. On the day they did the work they said that they don't own the grinder themselves, so they wait until they have several jobs lined up and then do the grinding, which would be about 2 or 3 weeks out. That was 2 months ago. They haven't returned multiple e-mails or phone calls to even let us know what is going on or if/when they are going to finish the job we paid them to do. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week I will go to small claims court.

My project was originally scheduled to take two days, but the job supervisor complained that he was losing money and pressured me into paying an extra $500 (even after I removed several of the trees from the scope of work without a corresponding price reduction). It took them an extra 3 months to finally finish the project. They destroyed a lot of landscaping and brickwork. They also scratched and dented the siding of the house and garage (careless debris removal). Finally, they cut down two additional cedars that I had instructed them to leave alone. In sum: poor communication, failure to adhere to contract terms, sloppy work.

Got here a bit late, but did excellent job. Made I was happy. Cleaned up afterwards. Could hardly tell they were here. Very Happy !!! Fair price.

Our Laurel hedge was a big job, they got right in there and stayed late to get it done. We will be using Oregon Tree Care again to trim up 4 trees on our property
