The windows look great and are easy to use. OC Craftsman manufacture the windows in their local warehouse, so they are able to get the windows installed within about 10 days of taking measurments. The windows are high quality and they were the best price we were quoted. Would definitly use them again!

As a professional engineer and architect I am very technical and detail oriented and deal with many contractors over the past 20 years. They were prompt, listened to my issues and addressed them without high pressure or fancy sales pitches. The windows were very affordable yet had better overall specs than the few other brands that I was shown. I am very satisfied with OCC! Great job!

My wife and I met with 3 other companies prior to meeting with Orange County Craftsman. Luckily we did not jump at the other "specials". OCC offered us a window that was obviously a better quality and more importantly almost HALF THE PRICE we were quoted by the other 3 companies. OCC explained that since they are the factory there were no middle-man mark ups or gimmicks. We have had the windows installed and we absolutely love them. OCC has the exact same features with even better energy ratings than the other 3 brands we looked at. We had a very positive experience with all the folks at OCC and will refer them to our friends and family

It was very clean, price was very fair. One of the windows had a stain in it, they called the company and they replaced the window. It was very quick, they were very fast and efficient.
