They set up an initial appointment and arrived on time. Both reps were knowledgeable, answered my questions, and provided printed materials that helped me make my decision.

My experience with the Open Enclose, Rep., was great... He was punctual, made a great presentation, kept it simple, informative, reassuring , offering options , and suggestions that aleaviated my concerns.....He was not "high pressured" , and occasionally follows up to see if I have any new questions that he might help me with....

The project is in process-windows are ordered but won't be installed until the middle of August. I was impressed with the knowledge of both the salesman & the the professional who measured for the windows. I like that there are many brands to choose from. I can better complete my rating in September.

Arrived a little late (but called) and completed the job on time. Left with all the mess cleaned up. friendly employees who answered my questions. Well done.
