Mike called us within minutes, maybe 2 minutes at the most. Was able to work us in by end of day since I only had 2 days off of work. Very accommodating. I wanted the tv hung lower but followed Mike's recommendation and was happy I did. Very professional job, cleaned up when finished. Would definitely reccommend to a friend or family member.

Completely overcharged for job done. Over 400 for a 42 & 20 on wall mount. Found cheetah brackets on Groupon 2 days later for 50% off.

Mike came in a little late. But I was prepared for it because I know he had to travel 1h to come to my house. He came in and looked the fireplace and surrounding and told me what he was going to do and why he has to do it that way. Initially we thought we needed 2 holes for running the wire behind the drywall. But that is the last thing I wanted with this project. Luckily the dry was a 2x6 and mike was able to drill trough the studs with out having to put an additional hole in the dry wall. I think his knowledge and experience helped a lot. After the installation was complete was very helpful in set-up and connecting everything I had

He was late, but it was Black Friday and quite a bit of traffiic. He did have to drive about 2 hours. The install was great. It was quick and he hid the wires, which I did not know he would be able to do. He cleaned up his mess. I would highly recommend Onthewall TV Install.
