Project: Hire a Handyman
Had several jobs: secure ceiling fans, fan lights, minor sheetrock repair in baths, and replacing owner supplied bathroom hardware. Discussed job and fees with dispatcher who arranged to have a technician come out the next morning. Had a good idea from other estimators that this job should take 4-5 hours max. Time ended up over 9 hours which seemed excessive. However, all work was done in a quality way and I was very satisfied with the outcome of each job. Initial bill did not correspond to the quoted $/hr given so I had to re-negotiate a more fair final bill. In future I will confirm estimate of time/mtls/cost prior to start.

Project: Install Telephone Jacks or Wiring
Showed up on time on Saturday morning. Took the time to figure out the least invasive solution. Job was neat and they left the areas they worked clean. Great job.
