Impressed with the customer service, G.M. called to say he was stuck in traffic and we rescheduled for later in the day. G.M. arrived, got our doors open and was pleasant.

They did not show up on time and I had to track them down - they did come but it was much later. They did not give me a proper quote on the telephone and the work I had done turned out to be really expensive. Also, after they packed up and headed for their truck, I went to open the door and the doorknob came off in my hand. I had to run out there and catch them.
