One Way installed a flat roof on my home almost two years ago.  Since installation, I have had to call upon them often (because of a paranoid tenant - the roof was fine) and each time, I received a return call literally within minutes, and each time, Mr. Marley went to the house on the same day to investigate the purported problem (there never was any real problem with the roof).  I listed my home in the fall of this year and the buyer was very concerned about flat roofs in general, and requested that some work be done to alleviate her concerns.  One Way was fantastic;  they performed all of the requested work under the warranty (i.e., at absolutely no charge where the quote from another roofer was $1,000).  In addition, Mr. Marley took time to speak to the buyer's real estate agent and address all the buyer's concerns.  Thanks to One Way, my house successfully sold and closed.  Without One Way's performance, I would have lost the buyer and my house would still be on the market.  I can't give One Way a high enough recommendation;  their performance after they had been paid was remarkable - it was both prompt, pleasant (no complaining about having to do free work under the warranty), and of quality.  Usually a contractor is unresponsive once they have been paid, but One Way was the opposite.  Even after receiving payment 2 years ago, they have responded on the same day to every single inquiry.

Very sloppy work and the project took FOREVER to complete (started in early May and sort of finished in early July).  If only they had been as quick to compl;ete this project as they were to cash the check, it might have turned out ok.  But as soon as they got a better paying project, I was put on the back burner and the cleanup, finishing work (including bringing some work up to code), and finishing details were not done without constant nagging, and finally, threats, on my part.  There are still things I would like to see done better but I have no more patience left.
