They were prompt courteous and upfront about cost and repair. Gave me the best prices for repair and reolacement than any of the other competitors. I was very satisfied with their professionalism.

Overall good. Some issues during installation, but rectified in the end. Not real happy with how they cleaned up when finished. But, arrived when they said they would and got the job done in two days. Had to follow-up a few times to get the certification that the heat pumps qualified for the tax energy rebate.

Highly professional. Arrived early, completed heat pump repair (replaced capacitor outside) and followed up with indoor temperature readings. Very clean (wore booties inside). Best overall experience with a repair person in years!

They were very professional and provided same day service which was great since it was in the middle of a hot season. The techincans were on time and very helpful, would recommend and signed service contract the same day.

repairman called and offered to come earlier than originally scheduled- he did and did a terrific job in cheking my system and determining that it needed addition Puron in the upstairs zoned unit. He filled the unit, and also checked the downstaiirs zone unit. I signed on for a service contract with them ( they are now called One Hour Heating and Aircoditioning) Overall, this was thebest service call i have had- timlely, professional, courteous, explained options ahead of performing them, - top notch service!
