I used this service to have my dark microfiber couch, large stuffed chair, and ottoman cleaned. I have 2 toddlers and I thought there was no hope for my couches since they were beginning to look like leather they were soiled, but for the price on your spots quoted me I decided to give it a try. I am so happy with the results my couches look brand new. The serviceman was friendly and professional and he did an amazing job working around my crazy toddlers running around. He kept the space clean and my whole house smelled freshly cleaned after just the couches. I am planning to have my stairs done soon so I'll let you know how that goes soon!

On time, very friendly, fast service. Wish there was more that could be done to remove the pet stains but he tried.

Thank you for the feedback. We always use the best cleaning chemicals but sometimes we cant get stains out due to age of carpet, if previous protection was worn off and if the dyes in the food that the pet eats perm. dyed the carpet or fabric. Also, when homeowners and renters attempt to get stains out themselves it usually makes the stain permanent. So, please call us as soon as you can when accidents happen. We can usually get any stain out if we get to it when they are fresh.

Would use again. Timely and efficient.
