Hired and sent crew that did not know what they were doing (were about to blow insulation without protecting soffit screens, would have blocked all attic air flow=didaster). Before they started, I complained and Chase was very responsive and sent another crew that did a great job.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
John called immediately, then came as requested to do a quote. His quote seemed the most cost effective. The roofers came on time, finished as specified. They took pictures of one part of the repair for my viewing. The tiles matched the roof exactly. The office support were very helpful. We had a leaky vent pipe and needed several tiles replaced (one was missing). At this time the leak seems to be fixed.

I contracted with John Chase. In my estimation, John, his support staff and workers did a great job for me in my time of need. He and his staff performed their task in the most professional manner. The job was performed in the most professional manner and when we hit an obstacle he had back up staff that attended to the job, making it a pleasure to deal with him. John and Chase Roofing attended to every facet of the job, including sending me an interior cleaning staff for an area that became dirty through no fault of his. A wooden ceiling area that we both thought to be tongue and groove was board on board allowing some debris to filter into living space. The situation was IMMEDIATELY addressed by him and his staff, sending me cleaning personnel for the better part of a day at his expense. The outside area after his workers left was as clean as before the job was started. All roof debris policed and disposed of. I highly recommend anyone who is contimplating a Roof Project to hire this truely professional contractor for your project. You will be glad you did.

Project: Install or Replace Traditional Tile Roofing
I haven't used yet but I met with John Chase, the owner. John was gracious enough to point out that I didn't need a new roof (because it's a metal patio roof, not a permanent structure) and that I should have requested a patio company but he said he'd take a look for us and see what he could do. After observing conditions he said the roof just needed a few tweaks, not a complete replacement. Very nice guy.
