On Time provided a most thorough analysis of our A/C needs, gave us choices of options and provided a terrific product at a competitive price. Ted and staff were pleasant to work with, responsive to our calls followed through with the installation in the time promised. Very good experience.

I called On Time Air and they were there within a few hours. They fixed my heat pump for a reasonable amount and fixed the problem.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
They really care about customer satisfaction. Our job presented a difficult challenge because we have a flat roof with limited ducting. They did a comprehensive Energy Audit to include the new addition space before proposing our cost. We needed some modification above the air handler to give better flow and keep the more powerful system quiet; No Problem! They made all the adjustments without me having to say anything. They are clean All American guys, and easy to work with. We are very happy with the Trane 20i heat pump. The computerize system regulates its self very precisely to maintain a consistent environment.

My On-Time Rep seemed extremely knowledgable and spent considerable time taking measurements and asking me many questions before he gave me a quote. At the conclusion, I felt very comfortable with him, and he was sincere and, I believe, very reliable. Although Im not yet ready for a replacement, I believe I have the right firm, when the time comes. Your product (Trane) is my unit of choice. Thank you.

Simple fix really. I attempted the fix myself and did it correctly but somehow the polarity was reversed. One the repair person looked at it, he detached and reattached the wires and the system worked.
