Project: Install Carpeting - For Business
I manage projects all over the country and it is very difficult to hire subs in different cities. On the Scene Flooring was a company that made my job easier. If you want true professionalism and work done right, these are the guys for you. My ceramic tile and carpet installation was handled right from our first handshake to the final clean up. I can't say enough great things about this company. I would hire them again in a second.

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
After interviewing a couple of other contractors I met with Tony from On The Scene Floors. He is very personable and as I later found out, very honest. Tony gave me the best price and promised that I would be happy with their work. He was right on target. They ripped out my ceramic floor in the kitchen and dining room and replaced it with new tiles. They also tore out the carpet in my rather large den and replaced it with wood lamainate. They did an incredible job. The floors are absolutely beautiful! The work crew was great. Very friendly and professional. When the job was comleted they cleaned everything. I HIGHLY recommend OTSF.

They're excellent! They explained everything to us while doing the job, they helped move the furniture, and they followed up afterwards to recheck the work. They told us to call back with any concerns. They went above and beyond!

I would never recommend anyone to work with this company. They are staffed by very unprofessional workers who constantly lie and do a very poor job. After the completion of the poorly performed job, we could not get into touch with anyone and we had to finish the remaining by ourselves. The tile man left the house without finishing and left the scene and the floors undone in a catastrophe. The painter did only one coat ,and then left saying that he would finish it the next day, but took the money in advance. Of course we could not reach him again. The manager also did not bother to come and finish.Referred to the Better Business Bureau.
