Very professional, did a great job of cleaning the drapes as well as made necessary repairs on the spot. Inspected drapery mechanisms and made recommendations for future repairs. Will definitely call On-Site Drapery Cleaning for all Drapery needs in the future.

I was very satisfied. One of the curtain rods had not been installed sufficiently to hold the drapes and Mr. Teeple had and installed the proper hardware to do the job, as well as did an excellent job cleaning the drapes.

Bob arrived an hour late after I had to call him and ask if he was coming 10 min after he was scheduled to be at our house. We paid Bob $315 and he did not do a professional installation. We discovered this week that Bob did not properly install and secure the curtian hardware. The hardware hooks only had one screw so the hook had to be held to attach the rod. Because of Bob's lack of professionalism we had to secure the hardware in 7 windows 14 areas on our curtain hooks. We can only rate Bob as lazy and at $45 per hour which is his rate we recommed that he goes back to school and learn business skills in Drapery Installation plus honesty
