Raymond knew his stuff and had the best solution for my applications the others seem to flonder around and were more expensive and didn't understand what to do. Works great also.

Was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job on giving me a bottom line price with no hidden extra hidden fees! His quality of work was great as well and I'd highly recommend him for anybody that doesn't want deal with all kinds of sales pressure and hidden fees - Thank you!

Water Heaters on Demand was outstanding. Had emergency situation with leaking water heater in my attic. Raymond, the owner, was totally familiar with my situation and knew I needed a particular WH as it is tied to my furnace. His quote was half that of a company I have a "plan" with. Raymond said they could install in 2 hours which they did. They put down tarps and cleaned up everything. Installed a new base & pan with materials we provided but didn't charge anymore. Also found a valve leaking on heater and replaced it, again no extra charge. I will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.

Raymond was very competitive on the price/value side. The installation was well and very cleanly done, although he had to return twice for minor corrections. Overall he is a reliable guy who stays behind his work. A minor improvement would be to let his customers know early when he's being delayed.

Ray was on-time, and provided very professional service. Instead of hidden costs, Ray provided extra service and parts at no additional cost. There was no surcharge for weekend work. I would highly recommend On Demand Water Heaters to anyone who desires fast, dependable, and professional water heater installation.

I talked to Raymond, he was very, very helpful, very knowledgeable, I would use him if I need repair service on my unit, but it was beyond repair and I did not have him repair my Bosch tankless water heater.
