After he left it worked for a week and then burned up , I had to buy another washer.

Omni responded immediately to my request. He arrived shortly after and fixed the problem in minutes. Lucky to find out it was something so simple. I didn't have to ruin my entire day waiting for a repair man, which is why I had put off calling for a repair man for a couple of weeks.
