Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had a roof leak after heavy ice/snow. Richard provided photos with his estimate and options about how I could repair the issue. He was flexible with my schedule and provided great follow up via phone calls and e-mail until the job was completed.

Mine was a roof repair from storm damage. Partial payment came from my insurance company. Omega did a good job, finished promptly and cleaned the area after they finished. Their price was very reasonable.They warned me about possible future problems that I might expect form the age and type of roof on my house.

They arrived on time and on the date indicated. All work was completed in a very professional manner. The indvidual doing the work did his very best not to intrude while there and made sure the work site was secure and free of debris when he left. One of the more favorable construction experiences I have had over the years

Project: Repair or Replace Section of Seamless Metal Gutters
Omega's "gutter guy" sealed gutter corners that were leaking. Since is has rained and there is no visible leaking I say he did a good job. I have nothing negative to say.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
I spoke with Rich at Omega Roofing. I had a leaking skylight and he was very interested in getting the skylight resealed before the impending rain. The work was done quickly and while the employee was on the roof, he double checked the other skylights and saw some areas that looked like needed attention. The employee sealed those places even though we had only discussed the one that was leaking. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Rich Ludwell. He kept me informed at all times of when he was going to do the service and how he repaired our problem. I never met the man personally. All of the communication was done by phone. I fell good about his work because he offers a 5 year warranty on his work. I highly recommend that you give him a try.
