Jonathan was great to work with. He was direct and upfront with costs and what they covered and he delivered. The floors look amazing. The floors were scratched, stained and water damaged. They definitely looked like they were beyond help. But after Jonathan and his crew were done they look better than new. I would highly recommend Olson Custom Flooring to anyone.

they were very curtious clean respectfulto me and my family. listento my questions and asked me if they needed to change anything. they have my upmost concideration. they did a wonderful job. i am very happy with the finished product.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
I purchased a new home in December.The house was empty and I just had finished having all the rooms painted, so was leary about the dust factor. I was told everything in the house would be vaccummed and wiped down after the project was done, come to find out everything was very dusty. I was unable to investigate the home after I had the floors done due to the fact you cannot walk on the floors for 24 hrs. Half of the payment was due upfront, which also made me a little leary, then the other half was asked for prior to the final product. I felt a bit harrassed for payment in a way. Job was completed in 2 days; installation of base and tile walls for shower area, including painting of walls and cleanup, was excellent. One minor issue with installation of new shower faucet mechanism was resolved expedititously.

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub
Everything was just great. Jonathan Olson was very professional and knowledgeable about my project.(replacing my bathtub and surrounding walls) The job was completed in three days. He helped me choose the tub and the tiles and his work with the tiles was outstanding. I feel good all over when I look at the finished project and am thankfull that I choose Jonathan to do the job.
