Tim was awesome.he called and was here to fix the garage door at the time he said he would.the garage door is much quiter and runs smoothly .he is a great guy I will definitely hire him again if I ever need any work done. I am impressed

THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME, QUICK AND EFFECIENT. I THOUGHT A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE SINCE IT WAS ONLY A SPRING.......BUT WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN

Tim responded to my enquiry almost immediately. He repaired my broken garage door spring(s) as well as replacing the rollers. During his visit I asked that he check the other garage door and he ended up replacing the springs and rollers on that door as well. It was a pleasure watching a pro who knew exactly what he was doing. He will get all my future business although I may not need help for years. He did a quality job.

The project was discussed with Tim, evaluated by him in person, quoted and completed in 48 hours. Tim and his installer Paul were on time, the work was completed without issue and followed up on to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Old North State without hesitation.
