At Old North State Home Inspections, Inc. we always do a complete, thorough home inspection with a complete computer generated detailed report on every aspect of the home. Our rates are as follows: up to 1499 sq ft, $325; 1500-1999 sq ft, $350; 2000-2499 sq ft, $375; 2500-2999 sq ft, $400; 3000-3499 sq ft $425; 3500-3999 sq ft, $450; over 4000 sq ft, $25 per every additional 500 sq ft. Additional fees for age (25+ years) and radon testing. Check for the special offer. Prices subject to change without notice

Old North State was recommended by a friend, and we were very happy with the home inspection services. Kent was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and we really liked that in his inspection report, he added little arrows on the photos, to better point out what we were looking at in the inspection. His written report was very detailed, and we will be using it as our 'to do' list once we move into our new home. I would highly recommend Old North State Home Inspectors to others looking for a professional and personable home inspector.

Excellent inspection of the home & acreage that I purchased. Documented many problems, especially electrical issues. Seller agree to fix and/or negotiate cash settlement for EVERY problem that Old North State Inspector documented for me.
