Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
Very flexible and accomodating in scheduling. Work was completed effeciently, with explanation of possible cause of buckling (previously replaced board). They weren't always the easiest in getting ahold of, but I think that is because I was not calling the normal office phone from the start.

Arnie and his crew did a fantastic job on my floors. I recently purchsed the home and inherited the many animal stains throught the house. The job took a little longer than expected because of all the board replacement needed but well worth the extra two days. In all fairness, I requested the extra work after seeing the extent of the damage when the finish was removed. Overall, the finished product exceeded my expectations! I refered him to two good friends. If you need flooring, look no further!

The quality of personal contact was excellent. They care about their customers needs. The quality of the job was outstanding. The price was well worth it. I plan on using again when I do other floors in my house. I would highly recommend they be used. I liked the attention that they paid to detail, very clean and tidy professionals

The entire team was very professional and customer centered. Our project consisted of refinishing a kitchen and family room floor complete with stain application to match an adjoining room. We found the crew to be polite and very dedicated to deliver quality service and workmanship. They fully accomplished that objective and impressed us on many levels. Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
These guys ruined our floors. They had to do a simple refinish. Remove the old finsh, stain the wood, put on new polyurethane. They sanded to much, leaving deep waves from the sander then they used some off the wall finish that is so soft it scratches if you breathe on it. We didn't pay them and got quotes to flatten the floor again. The price is almost twice as much and nobody will gaurantee they wiil get it flat. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS! Live with your old beat up floors first.
