The first salesman drew up everything they would do for us, when I asked him for the paperwork he refused to give it to me. A few days later "his Boss" called us to come over. When he did come over he said he would do the work that the first salesman layed out. He also told us that we could be put on a waiting list and save $2,000!!!! He bullied us into signing a contract right then - the "discount" would not be available after that day. They took longer than quoted, cracked my driveway, destroyed our shrubs and flowers, never even filled the hole they dug. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM - IT IS NOT WORTH THE $$$ - FIND SOMEONE ELSE

I am very surprised, that this company is rated high. The first salesman tried to high pressure me and my wife into signing a contract for 13,000 dollars. The second salesman called my wife and indicated that he was in need of business and ready to give us a substantial discount. The second guy promised to tie in a drainage system, interior and exterior, install a Breathrite ventilation system in the basement, excavate the walls to the footer where needed and a number of other verbal commitments at a price of 10,500 dollars if we signed and accepted the work schedule to be at Ohio States convenience. We signed an agreement BIG MISTAKE..

Good service, a little pricey.

Overall, good experience thus far. My storm door was injured while the workers were here and they have promised to pay for the repairs. They are closed between Christmas and New Years so the verdict is still out as to how smooth that process will be, meanwhile we went through the holidays with a malfunctioning storm door. It is difficult to rate a basement waterproofing so soon after completion. It is also a disadvantage to have this done in the winter in Ohio. There may also be some landscaping needed come spring. Will follow up.

As of this time, I am satisfied with the work done. Larry the foreman and his entire team were polite and seemed to work efficiently together. They were very good about cleaning up after they were done with the job. So far, so good.

Their cleaning was excellent. In order to not damage your floor, they put down not only plastic, but cardboard under it. They communicate with you very well. They walk you through the project everyday and take pictures. The sales rep said they were different and he was right! They go above and beyond. It's a very unique company in the things they do. I have and will continue to recommend them!

Great service and cant beat the lifetime guarantee or the financing !
