Lack of communication on payment exchange and expected payment in full before windows were made/installed. Supposed to have been completed in 2 weeks, but ended up being over a month due to manufacturing problems. Personnel was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Our new windows are amazing and we can already tell a difference in the number of times our furnace comes on.
