He responded right away. Very professional over the phone. I told him we were not in the same state as the house, but the renter was the one who wants to buy. He said he would schedule an appointment and get it done. We just had to say the check was in the mail, that's trust. And he did just that. I'm sure the appraisal will be a very good one when he does it.

Great company. Really good advertising. Called me for an appointment right away. Came when scheduled. Asked me to pay and then left. Never came back. Maybe not the best company to work with in Eloy.
