The electrician who came out -- Keith Taylor -- was personable and seemed to really enjoy sharing his knowledge with the homeowner. He and I talked before the appointment and he suggested sending pictures of what he would be working on and I believe that probably cut some corners and saved some clock time. In summary, they are expensive but totally professional and get the job done fast so it's worth the hourly rate. I called right after they left because the electronics in  the 'computer rom didn't work after they left. When I checked the breaker box I found that two of the breakers were in the off position. Remedied that and presto the phones and computers worked! <br />They returned my call right away but I didn't pick up my messages until later in the evening.  Just a minor glitch that I was able to fix.
