Mike did an excellent job! He arrived early and finished the job in less time than anticipated. He also found and completed a few other minor things while here. I heartily recommend Mike to anyone who needs a reliable contractor who does excellent work in a timely fashion for the price agreed to! I plan to use Mike again for a number of other jobs around the house.

Mike is an excellent professional who is honest, accurate and helpful. He gave us an initial estimate, kept us current on the progress, waited for others to finish their work and finished in a short time. I have since recommended him to others and called him for estimates on other work.

Very good experence start to finish. The final price was consistent with originl estimate. Work was performed timely - exactly as indicated. I received immediate contact on any calls or questions. I received constant updates to let me know the upcoming work schedule. Job was performed with minimal mess and clean up was performed everyday. All sub contractors work was consistently professional. Additional time consideration was given to completing bath and toilet promptly which was ctitical since it was our only one. I highly recommend anyone to use their services. You will be hapy you did.

Mike with Oakland Builders was excellent! He provided top-shelf quality at a very reasonable price. Mike also was very easy to work with, providing solutions to all of our projects! Oakland Builders has done three projects for us; finishing our basement (wow!), building an outdoor shower (my wife loves it!), and refinishing our back porch.
