Brian was awesome, he arrived on time and he had the best rates in town. I would recommend oz lock and key to everyone I know.

He was honest and quick. He was the only locksmith that gave me a fair estimate. He saved us half of what other's were going to charge, simply by "fixing" the lock.

Although he arrived about 2 hours later than the scheduled time, he adjusted the bill to compensate. He did a great job on both the rekeying project and the lock replacement. The lock replacement was challenging and took more time than anticipated but the results were worth the extra time.

Brian was the first to respond to my request and his fee was reasonable...the least expensive from the other two that called. My only complaint was that he said he'd be there in an hour and it took more like 2 1/2 hours.
