From our 1st meeting through installation, Dave was extremely honest and accomodating. Unlike other companies, Dave does not give you a sales pitch. He honestly suggests what equipment and service you need. He was prompt with returning phone calls and worked with us to install a very custom alarm system for our specific needs. We have only had the alarm for a week but so far we are very happy with it as well as Dave's follow up and customer service. It was a pleasure working with Dave and his company.

When I started shopping for an alarm company, I was focused on the national companies. But after talking with Dave from OSA, I was immediately impressed. Dave came to our house for an initial evaluation of my family's needs. He spent almost 2 hours answering all of the questions my wife and I had, all for free as part of the initial visit. He provided a written quote that was well priced and included quality components. Dave and his assistant did a great job with the install. Very clean, efficient, and the total cost matched the quote. We've been using OSA for almost 2 years now and we've had no problems. I would highly recommend OSA to all!!
